Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, clinically skilled, and commercially driven professional to assess and address customer needs, providing pre- and post-sales technical expertise, application support, and workflow optimization. This role involves designing tailored solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and facilitating customer training—both onsite and at industry events—to ensure optimal use of Beckman Coulter solutions in line with manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with end users in the assigned territory by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Expand the adoption of Beckman Coulter’s test menu and product portfolio.
  • Identify and implement technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and product specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to parameters, calibration, and quality control.
  • Deliver product training to end users and provide clinical support to sales and service teams.
  • Represent Beckman Coulter at internal and external meetings, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Support customers with External Quality Control programs (e.g., RIQAS).
  • Contribute clinical expertise to project execution and respond to field safety notifications in collaboration with the regulatory team.
  • Work closely with Service, Commercial, and Marketing teams to introduce new tests to the market.
  • Supporting customers in Western and Southern regions.
  • 75% of the job time require traveling.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biochemistry, or Medical Laboratory Sciences.
  • Proven diagnostic and laboratory experience.
  • Strong clinical and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian diagnostics market.
  • High agility and flexibility, with the ability to travel extensively.
