Work Location: Rotation in Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and manage on-site road and infrastructure construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient execution of works.

• Track project progress, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and compliance with HSE standards.

• Conduct inspections and quality control checks across earthworks, subgrade, base course, asphalt, signage, storm drainage, sewage, firefighting, irrigation systems, and utilities.

• Ensure full compliance with local authority requirements, including Ministry of Transport (MoT) regulations.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Resolve site-related technical challenges and propose effective construction improvements.

• Oversee material procurement planning and ensure availability of necessary resources.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive safety measures.

• Support the project team in cost estimation, planning, and execution tracking.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects.

• Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and infrastructure execution standards.

• Familiarity with wet utility systems such as sewage, storm drainage, firefighting, and irrigation networks.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera, MS Project, and related project tools.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, utility layouts, and technical roadwork drawings.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with municipal codes and MoT infrastructure regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in dynamic site environments.
