Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and governance-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and stewardship of our listed group. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong knowledge of capital markets, and experience managing investor relations. The CFO will ensure financial excellence, regulatory compliance, and transparency while supporting long-term value creation and business expansion across global markets.

Financial Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and implement the company's financial vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and shareholder interests.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial planning, performance, and capital allocation.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and stock exchange listing requirements (e.g., CMA, SEC, IFRS).
  • Lead internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit processes with full transparency and accuracy.
Investor Relations & Capital Markets
  • Lead investor relations strategy and communications, including quarterly earnings releases, analyst briefings, and shareholder meetings.
  • Build trust with investors, analysts, and rating agencies by providing clear and credible financial narratives and outlooks.
Financial Reporting & Controls
  • Oversee preparation and timely submission of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
  • Lead external audits and ensure rigorous internal control environments.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Insights
  • Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance management across business units and regions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance profitability, optimize inventory turnover, and support retail decision-making.
Cash Flow & Capital Management
  • Optimize the group's capital structure, manage liquidity, and evaluate funding opportunities including debt, equity, and M&A.
Cost Management & Operational Efficiency
  • Improve cost control, gross margin, and overhead efficiency while maintaining brand integrity and retail excellence.
Technology & Financial Systems
  • Oversee ERP systems and digital finance tools to support automation, reporting accuracy, and scalable growth.
Leadership & Board Engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Serve as a key voice in board meetings, audit committees, and shareholder engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
