Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans to expand Webook footprint
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
- Develop and sustain relationships with clients (organizational level) & partners
- Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships
- Develop and execute effective growth strategies to meet and exceed department set KPIs
- Analyze growth and sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive user and client acquisition and engagement
- Align business development initiatives with overall company goal and product roadmap
- Provide weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor the business development specialists and interns
- Having had experience in SaaS sales strategies is a plus
- Having had experience in a similar (mobile application, e-commerce) industry is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of contacts within the Tourism, Entertainment, Culture and Sports sectors in KSA (+ Global a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of basic contracting, working with legal to action
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- An MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the entertainment or IT industry
