Job Summary:

The Business Development Director will manage, plan, coordinate and implement a wide variety of customer-based initiatives and develop all the required marketing and communications materials for HMG’s different channels and tools.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Establish the Strategic Planning, Business Development and Performance strategy and plan in-line with organization’s strategic objectives
  • Lead and deliver the corporate and business strategy, identifying business objectives, key milestones and future activities
  • Research and drive business expansion/collaboration opportunities for the market; develop, in conjunction with senior management, the market strategic plan
  • Lead the new initiatives, business development opportunities deals and strategic alliances and partnerships and build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
  • Establish good coordination by identifying and working closely with other hospital leaders, and collectively constituting the hospital leadership group in achieving organization Mission and Vision
  • Lead the Business Development division team by ensuring an appropriate workflow management between the team through appropriate delegation of work
Education/Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related subject with MBA or MA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience of which five 5 years are in business development, strategic planning, performance management or healthcare planning
  • Fluency in Arabic and English language
