Job Role

This role is responsible for supporting the assigning, executing, and supervising the proper accomplishment of corrective, preventive, and predictive programs carried out in the systems, while ensuring the safeguard of machinery, and equipment within the processes.

Key Functional Responsibilities
  • Guides the teams activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures, safety regulations, and production objectives.
  • Support the allocation of tasks based on production needs.
  • Review production requirements, priorities, budget, and KPIs to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, material, and equipment resources.
  • Establishes protocols for preventive and predictive measures, schedules and oversee inspection plans, and leads the development and implementation of strategies to improve reliability and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor the team leaders work and the production processes activities ensuring adherence to quality standards, efficiency objectives, and production timelines and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Support in troubleshooting technical or operational equipment malfunctions that may occur during the production process.
  • Develop training material, conduct and coordinate training sessions in areas related to production, process and technical support and Body operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Ensure that all the reports and KPIs are prepared and updated timely and accurately.
