Job description

We are looking for an experienced BMS Manager to join our team responsible for managing Building Management Systems (BMS) across our ongoing projects. The BMS Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of BMS for social infrastructure projects in alignment with Vision 2030. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, from overseeing the design and installation of BMS systems to leading a team of technicians and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BMS strategies, policies, and processes to enhance the operational performance of all systems.
• Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple projects.
• Coordinate and support project teams to ensure timely execution and effective operation of BMS solutions.
• Lead and manage a team of BMS engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on BMS functionality and operation.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders regarding project status and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge in construction Stadium it will be Plus.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in BMS management or related roles within the construction and Cities experiences
• Proficient knowledge of various BMS software platforms and technologies (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy management, and automation technologies.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
