Leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), the team has successfully supported over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, coordination efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Work Location : Dammam (Sites), Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design data into the BIM model.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and LOD (Level of Development).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling within the construction industry.

Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related software.

Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and the ability to work with detailed technical drawings.

Familiarity with international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proven ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately and translate them into coordinated BIM models.
