Job summary

A leading service provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join its dynamic team in Dammam. The role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. Responsibilities include handling calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining records. While experience is preferred, training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be flexible in working shifts and contribute positively within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Proficient computer skills and quick learning ability for new software systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, however experience is not required.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management regarding recurring issues or customer suggestions.
