Assistant Showroom Manager – Home Furniture (Riyadh)

A leading showroom specialized in home furniture sales in Riyadh is seeking to hire:

Job Title:

Assistant Showroom Manager

Location:

Riyadh – (Exact location to be shared during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Showroom Manager in supervising daily showroom operations.

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and merchandise display.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide professional solutions.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment as needed.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Saudization requirements.

Train new staff and assist in staff development programs.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Saudi nationality (as per Saudization requirements).

Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture or showroom management.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in using computers and sales software.
