At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage will oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring efficient service and high-quality guest experiences. This role will manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant Manager will monitor service flow, coordinate with the culinary team, and address guest complaints to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, the role includes assisting with budgeting, analyzing sales performance, supporting special events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service execution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma in hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team, ensuring high performance and morale. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, capable of managing day-to-day activities. Skilled in managing budgets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste while maintaining service quality. Proficient in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely stock replenishment. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with other departments such as culinary, retail, and operations. Ability to analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational performance to identify areas to drive efficiency. Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, budgeting, and creating operational plans.
