Job summary

A leading energy company in Malacca is looking for a Technician to support the operation of boilers and auxiliary systems. Responsibilities include monitoring plant parameters, performing routine checks, and assisting in maintenance tasks. Candidates must have a relevant engineering certificate and at least 3 years of experience in the power plant industry. This position requires proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work shifts. The role is a Fixed Term Contract.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in power plant operations.
  • Knowledgeable in Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
  • Minimum Mandatory Competency required for specific licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Shift Charge Engineer and Block Operator with boiler operations.
  • Monitor site plant parameters and report abnormalities.
  • Perform routine checks and data collection for safety.
