- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury/airlines/automotive industry
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Strong communication and presentation skills (multilingual is a plus but not mandatory)
- Tech‑savvy with a working knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools
- Self‑driven, reliable, and resourceful with a customer‑first mindset
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule
- Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn and grow
- Drive BMW vehicle sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, from first contact to vehicle delivery and after‑sales follow‑ups
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting product features and advantages
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow‑up
- Maintain showroom standards and attend to walk‑in customers
- Ensure timely documentation, vehicle readiness, and a premium handover experience
- Stay informed on BMW models, competitor products, and industry trends to deliver expert consultations
- Collaborate with marketing and participate in weekend events, campaigns, and promotions
- Support outlet operations and contribute to a cohesive team environment
