About the role

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team at LANDART ASSOCIATES SDN BHD. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and development of innovative outdoor spaces within the vibrant community of Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, leveraging your expertise in landscape design and architecture.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive landscape designs that seamlessly integrate with the built environment
• Prepare detailed landscape plans, drawings, and specifications to guide the implementation of projects
• Conduct site analyses, research, and feasibility studies to ensure the optimal utilisation of available space and resources
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and monitor the progress of landscape installation and maintenance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture
• Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, contributing to the overall success of the company's initiatives

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscape design, preferably within a consultancy or design firm
• Proficiency in using CAD software, 3D modelling tools, and other design software
• Strong understanding of site planning, grading, drainage, planting, and construction detailing
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality projects
• Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and environmental considerations related to landscape design
