Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Architecture.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and graphic software.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Work on Mixed-Use, Retail, and Commercial projects across Asia Pacific.
• Lead documentation of SD/DD drawings and monitor drafting team.
• Prepare presentations from concept to DD stage and assist in client meetings.

What You Will Do…

You will be working on exciting Mixed-Use, Retail and Commercial projects for our Top Tier Clients.

You will get involved in projects across Asia Pacific.

You will brainstorm with a team of energetic, bright, and truly creative architects and designers to create unique architectural designs.

You will complete architectural, facade, and landscape assignments.

You will be given the freedom to fully express your creative genius.

You will lead documentation of SD/DD drawings and monitor work by the drafting team.

You will prepare presentations from concept stage to DD stage.

You will assist with client presentations and attend project meetings.

You are expected to speak up, give the team your opinion and insights.

You will be mentored, coached, and trained to ensure your career success.

What You Will Need…

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Architecture.

A passion for being truly creative and a strong desire to work with great architects and designers.

A strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphic presentation software.

Confident communication and presentation skills.

A willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.

Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
