Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and manage technical documents including method statements, RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, and reports.
  2. Liaise with landscape consultants, architects, interior designers, and the client team.
  3. Track project progress, attend meetings, and ensure timely submission to authorities and consultants.
  4. Plan procurement schedules and assist in selecting materials aligned with resort aesthetics.
  5. Ensure compliance with local landscape guidelines and environmental requirements.
  6. Oversee softscape (planting, turfing) and hardscape (paving, water features, decking) installation.
  7. Monitor workmanship quality in line with luxury resort standards.
  8. Coordinate subcontractors and resolve daily on-site issues.
  9. Ensure proper implementation of irrigation systems and external lighting.
  10. Perform site measurements and assist QS for claims and verification.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in landscape implementation in commercial, residential, or shopping mall projects.
  • Able to read and interpret landscape design drawings and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and reporting tools.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Willing to relocate according to project site requirements.
