We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager HR to join our dynamic team at Tehmag Foods Corporation Sdn Bhd. This full‑time role plays a vital part in shaping our organisation’s human resources strategy and supporting our growing workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and build effective recruitment channels.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Support performance management, staff training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee relations matters, providing advice and solutions to maintain a positive workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
