HR Executive (Recruitment & C&B | 3–4 Years Experience | Independent Role)

We are expanding and looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, and compensation & benefits. This role suits someone who can work independently, is organised, and wants to grow into training & development.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Handle full-cycle hiring: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.
  • Administer medical claims, allowances, and insurance matters.
  • Prepare HR inputs for outsourced payroll vendor.
HR Operations
  • Maintain personnel files and HRIS accuracy.
  • Support employee queries on HR policies.
Training (Future Scope)
  • Coordinate training sessions and HRD Corp submissions.
  • Assist with Training Needs Analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–4 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and C&B administration.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication, organisational and people skills.
  • Experience with HRD Corp or HRIS is an advantage.
