Human Resources & Administration Executive

Job Highlights

  • End-to-end HR + centre admin: hiring → onboarding → payroll data → training → engagement
  • Clear SOPs & mentoring; free CEFR upskilling + international English certification
  • Locations: Austin / Nusa Bestari / Kulai / Molek

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Talent & onboarding: draft JDs, screen, schedule interviews, offers/contracts, onboarding & probation follow-up
  • Payroll data prep: compile attendance/leave/allowances/OT; maintain personnel files & HRIS; liaise with Accounts
  • Compliance & docs: EPF/KWSP, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, basic Employment Act processes & record-keeping
  • People & culture:
  • Coordinate performance cycles, learning days, birthday/festive events, company trip
  • Admin & ops support: procure student supplies & teacher materials, inventory checks, facilities/equipment, reimbursements, document control
  • Implement student safety & hygiene SOPs; support front desk & English Holiday Camp when needed

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Detail-oriented, strong communicator, solid time management; enjoy people-facing work
  • HR knowledge and relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Workspace / WhatsApp; able to communicate in English/Chinese/Bahasa
  • Align with our no-shouting, non-rote learning culture; working Tuesday–Saturday
