About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Teelounge Trading Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our projects. Your exceptional administrative and coordination skills will be essential in supporting our Project Managers and the wider team. Farsi speaking personnel is a must.

What you'll be doing

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and potential clients
• Maintain detailed project records, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other project-related events
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry
• Monitor and follow up on project tasks and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• Someone who can speak Persian language (Farsi)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is preferred
• Basic trading (export and import) knowledge is a plus; related experience is a plus
