Job description

The Design Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our creative team, facilitating collaboration between internal/external stakeholders and the Design Department. Responsible for overseeing design projects, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high-quality creative solutions that meet client objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  2. Coordinate and lead creative brainstorming sessions with the design team.
  3. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  4. Utilize reporting skills to communicate project timelines, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  5. Review approved design concepts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  6. Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and the creative team.
  7. Provide creative input and feedback to enhance design concepts.
  8. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  9. Ensure consistency in accordance with SOPs and align with quality benchmarks based on stakeholder expectations for each project.
  10. Assist in the development and maintenance of a project management system.
  11. Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Design Coordinator, or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and creative processes.
  4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  5. Proficient in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office).
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
  8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and creativity.
