Job description

YCC Design Sdn Bhd, established in 1989, specializes in designing interiors for retail showrooms, consignment counters, and executing design and build projects for various shopping malls in Malaysia. Notable projects include Pavilion, Suria KLCC, Mid Valley, The Garden, One Utama, TRX Exchange, and more. The company has experienced rapid growth and now operates from a 30,000 sq. ft. office with factories and warehouse facilities. Due to its success, YCC Design has expanded to offer additional services such as architecture, project development, operational consultancy and management, and the manufacture of basic retail needs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.

- Preferably with experience in retail renovation.

- Willing to travel to project sites.

- Own transportation required.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Oversee overall supervision of project site progress.

- Manage daily project activities to ensure timely execution.

- Perform duties as instructed by superiors.

- Attend project/site meetings and coordinate activities.

- Conduct site surveys and measurements.

- Prepare daily site reports, take progress photos, and maintain records.

- Monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and procedures.

- Communicate closely with contractors and sub-contractors for scheduling.
