Responsibilities

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate project activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting quality standards.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
4. Coordinate site logistics, mobilization, and subcontractor management to optimize productivity and minimize disruptions.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
6. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health standards throughout the project.
7. Oversee project progress and prepare weekly reports for the Project Manager.
8. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
9. Establish and enforce quality standards for design, materials, and workmanship following industry best practices.
10. Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
11. Address and resolve site conflicts while ensuring smooth project execution.
12. Provide technical support and problem-solving solutions to ensure seamless coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
13. Handle documentation, approvals, and submissions related to permits, inspections, and project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight schedules.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
