Here’s what you need to know about this position:
Act as the technical lead for Key Accounts in North America, steering engineering delivery from teams based in Europe and ensuring alignment on architectural vision, quality and client expectations.
Partner closely with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, guiding technology roadmaps, solution design, cloud strategy and the adoption of AI-driven innovation.
Support new business efforts alongside Sales, contributing to solution pitches and defining functional and non‑functional requirements during pre‑sales.
Translate complex business needs into clear, executable Technical Design Documents and architectural blueprints leveraging modern cloud‑native patterns.
Architect and validate AI‑powered solutions, focusing on LLM integrations and Agentic workflows that move from concept to production‑level execution.
Provide hands‑on oversight across codebases and infrastructure, championing best practices in full‑stack development (Node.js, Python, React, Angular) and CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute directly to client projects and proof‑of‑concept applications through coding, infrastructure configuration and feature development.
Ensure alignment with client‑specific processes, compliance standards and enterprise‑level requirements.
Design scalable cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform, optimizing for performance, reliability and observability.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
Eight or more years of experience in software engineering with strong technical leadership in client‑facing or consultancy environments.
Deep understanding of GCP services including Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI and BigQuery, with GCP certifications considered a strong asset.
Hands‑on experience designing AI solutions using LLMs, Agentic patterns and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Strong full‑stack engineering foundation working with Node.js and Python for backend services and React or Angular for frontend applications.
Solid grounding in DevOps and CI/CD, including infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform, containerization with Docker or Kubernetes and automated testing strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Experience leading distributed engineering teams, specifically collaborating with North American clients while coordinating delivery from European teams.
Additional exposure to enterprise CMS or DXP platforms, data engineering concepts including pipelines and vector databases, RAG architectures and analytics or experimentation tooling is considered a strong plus.
