Function: Commerce

Sub Function: Commerce - Sales - Trade Marketing

Type of Contract: Permanent

Principal activities of the role:
  • Develop and collaborate on the Beer Development and BAS plan for the SIX channel within the AP (Same-store growth and expansion) in coordination with the SIX Chain.
  • Develop and propose initiatives that support the Beer and BAS plan in both BTL execution and Commercial CAPEX.
  • Create the Beer and BAS Success Film for the SIX channel considering Consumer, Chain Customer, and HMEX dimensions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives focused on gaining incremental MS & FGP.
  • Collaborate on promotional strategy in coordination with RMG, Regions, and the SIX chain.
  • Coordinate the channel portfolio strategy with the Assortment team and SIX chain.
  • Monitor channel performance and propose actions to align objectives, collaborating with Regions, SIX chain, and OS teams.
  • Assist in the national expansion plan in coordination with the Growth Planning team, Regions, and SIX expansion, including necessary resources.
  • Monitor the execution of Beer and BAS initiatives and suggest actions to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / Engineering
  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, SIX, E-business, Revenue Management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate English
  • Leadership, Collaboration, Communication skills, Critical thinking, Proactivity
  • Understanding of shopper behavior and category management
