• Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research.
• Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations.

Become a Growth Architect:

• Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through:
• Data-driven product selection
• Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)

Serve as Operational Partner:

• Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup.
• Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Essentials:

• Experience in B2B sales/e-commerce.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP) & basic data analysis capability.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English (written/spoken).
• Knowledge of E-commerce.
