• Develop and maintain estimating programs for diverse projects.
• Analyze specifications, drawings, and historical data to calculate costs.
• Prepare estimates aligned with work breakdown structures and codes of accounts.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor project costs and produce preliminary cost curves for client updates.
• Evaluate scope changes, contract values, and cost trend impacts.
• Coach and review work of junior professionals to ensure quality.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project cost estimation or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of estimating tools and financial principles.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Skilled in cost analysis, forecasting, and risk evaluation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
