The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in project cost estimation, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong understanding of estimating tools and financial principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain estimating programs for diverse projects.
• Analyze specifications, drawings, and historical data to calculate costs.
• Prepare estimates aligned with work breakdown structures and codes of accounts.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor project costs and produce preliminary cost curves for client updates.
• Evaluate scope changes, contract values, and cost trend impacts.
• Coach and review work of junior professionals to ensure quality.
