A leading automotive manufacturer in Mexico is seeking a motivated graduate to support High Voltage Battery Production processes. The role includes enabling integration processes, managing changes, and collaborating with multiple teams. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility.

Formación

  • 1+ years of experience preferred or recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience.
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical design of machines.
  • Fluency in English.

What awaits you?
  • Responsible for enabling and securing connection processes during product integration, as well as managing incoming product and process changes within the scope of High Voltage Battery Generation 6 at the site, supporting the function “High Voltage Battery Production Generation 6.”
  • Responsible for transferring reference parameters (process specifications) to series systems, ensuring compliance and proper documentation during series operation, in alignment with the function “High Voltage Battery Production.”
  • Responsible for continuous monitoring of process data related to the relevant connection and testing processes, supporting the function “High Voltage Battery Production.”
  • Provide support to methods, process planning, maintenance, and production teams in eliminating complex faults.
  • Maintain close collaboration with other methodologists across the network, including technology teams from other High Voltage Battery plants.
  • Communicate with parts suppliers regarding NOK (not okay) and out-of-tolerance parts to ensure quality and compliance.
What should you bring along?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Mechatronic, Chemistry, Mechanic, Electric or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience.
  • We are seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skills, and data calculation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical design of machines, strong communication.
  • Fluency in English.
