1. Design marketing assets across formats: landing pages, ads, short-form videos, social graphics, and web visuals

2. Create polished, on-brand presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint

3. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project leads to bring concepts to life

4. Contribute to video projects: storyboarding, visual design, light animation, and editing

5. Apply brand guidelines consistently while introducing fresh, modern design solutions

6. Iterate quickly in response to feedback and shifting priorities

7. Stay current with creative trends, digital formats, and AI-powered design tools

1. 3+ years in digital or creative design roles within an agency or high-paced marketing environment

2. Strong portfolio featuring marketing-focused work: campaigns, ads, decks, landing pages, short-form video

3. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)

4. Confidence in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and presentation formats

5. Experience with Webflow or HTML5 ad tools (like Adobe Animate) is a plus

6. Familiarity with tools like Descript, Goldcast, or creative automation platforms like Bannerflow

7. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects
