A leading global energy solutions provider is seeking a QMS Specialist to develop and oversee a robust Quality Management System. This role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and delivering training to promote stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quality Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience and Six Sigma Green Belt certification. - Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within industrial or energy sectors.
- Certified internal auditor (lead auditor certification is a plus).
- Strong data analysis skills for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Proven ability to lead change and foster cross-functional collaboration.
