About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Client Growth Partner to help lifestyle brands grow through strategic merchandise and loyalty programs. This role combines client onboarding for our SaaS platform with account growth and campaign strategy — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and turning ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Client Activation
  • Onboard new clients, configure their systems, and ensure a smooth and fast setup process.
  • Launch their first campaigns and loyalty programs successfully.
Client Retention
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through ongoing support and communication.
  • Keep clients engaged with new ideas and effective solutions.
Growth & Strategy
  • Recommend new campaign opportunities, seasonal drops, and automation upgrades.
  • Drive increased client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
Engagement & Review
  • Hold regular review meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and plan next steps.
  • Track key performance metrics and make improvements as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, client success, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience or interest in branded merchandise, promotional products, or loyalty programs.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with InkSoft, ESP, or SAGE platforms.
