We’re seeking experienced customer service agents to join our team. The successful candidate will relish the responsibility and challenge of problem solving and working to deadlines, in a demanding environment that requires multitasking. The role is mainly ticket and live help focused, so you should excel in written communication, be committed to going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, and have a good level of diplomacy when dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 a year
