• Facilitate communication with all stakeholders and external partners around the world.

• Relevant experience as a Mobile Games Producer or equivalent with at least 2 years leading the production of at least 2 mobile free‑to‑play games.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and oral).
• Solid team player capable of identifying and resolving conflicts with internal team and external partners.
• Motivational leader who keeps the team aligned to the same goal.
• A problem solver, capable of finding best solutions to overcome a problem and learning from previous projects.
• Excellent planning and risk‑management skills to deliver best quality within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence or other project management methodologies.

• Quality and Assurance leadership background.
• Experience with Scrum as a project management methodology.
