Necesitaremos un licenciado en Contabilidad o Finanzas con experiencia en procesos financieros y prácticas de transformación. Se valorará un MBA y sólidas habilidades en Excel y PowerPoint. This role will report to the Director of Finance Transformation, and will support the build and roll out of Cordis ERP and financial systems as Cordis continues to carve out away from Cardinal Health.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects impacting our ERP and financial systems, working closely with external and internal teams to meet deadlines, and following established project management principles
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation Lead and senior leadership across Finance groups globally including Risk and Control, Technology, Data and Governance
• Support Strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, partnering with global Finance leads to ensure readiness on process, resources, and systems
• Develop detailed workplans and monitor execution for the Global Financial Model roll out
• Support Transformation Workstream agenda, reporting, action plan development and monitoring for Finance
• Partner closely with Transformation Leader to inform and advise on both ongoing transformation work and areas of opportunity, including:
  • Finance transformation (Shared Services, Financial Close, General Ledger/ERP management)
  • Financial Accounting and Reporting operations improvement
  • Source to pay including sourcing strategy and vendor management improvement
  • Performance Management and Measurement (KPIs, business driver‑based metrics)
  • Cross‑functional Cost optimization initiatives coordination
  • Technology Optimization and Roadmaps

Calificaciones

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• MBA is a plus.
• A strong and up‑to‑date knowledge of strategic finance best practices specifically related to the professionalization of the finance function
• Solid experience in financial business processes including order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, record‑to‑report, FP&A, as well as other functions under the CFO purview
• Experience leading the design and implementation of strategies, processes and technology which increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit/shareholder value
• Experience designing and enhancing financial processes including Finance Automation and Technology deployment
• Experience performing financial and operational assessments
• Experience supporting strategic finance transformations
• Experience working with Private Equity, with an understanding of the unique requirements of the Private Equity consulting environment
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
