Your goal is to achieve the required production volume in compliance with quality standards and KPIs. You will ensure a strong safety culture and satisfy internal & external customer needs.

To achieve this, you will lead planning, scheduling, logistics, and materials management processes for equipment spare parts and consumables in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment and an Integrated Lean Six Sigma culture.

• Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems; build team capability to execute independently.
• Participate in the PM Pillar, own Key PM-Progressive Maintenance systems, and develop PM strategies with pillar members.
• Plan for efficient preventive and predictive maintenance activities; assist in troubleshooting and lead repair planning.
• Schedule and coordinate contractor and service activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.
• Run MRP and plan procurement of spare parts; eliminate obsolete materials; update BOMs and inventories.
• Manage spare parts and materials, applying self-service methodology for easy access.
• Define and implement policies for inventory optimization, based on TBM and CBM plans.
• Oversee corrective maintenance, tags management, and software backups; manage SAP ERP data quality.
• Facilitate management of the technical library.
• Participate in supplier/contractor selection as needed.
• Communicate maintenance and repair directions effectively; lead cost reduction and spare parts optimization.
• Foster a culture of equipment loss eradication/prevention.
• Ensure relevant training modules; interface with Education & Training Pillar for capability improvement.

• Experience in autonomous maintenance, progressive maintenance, and TPM tools.
• Ability to lead a line, develop goals, and manage team performance and development.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and maintenance finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience; intermediate English required.

Responsibilities in Spanish: Implementar estrategias de control interno, gestionar proveedores, administrar inventarios, y asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto y control de costos de mantenimiento.

Education: Ingeniería industrial, mecánica, Administración de empresas o afín.

Experience: Mínimo 3 años.

Language: Inglés intermedio.

Location: Planta Puebla, modalidad presencial, lunes a viernes, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
