The ideal candidate should have experience in program management and a relevant degree, along with fluency in English and Spanish. This position offers a fixed-term appointment with a starting date aligned with international commitments.

Formación

• Experience in managing programs and teams within an international development context.
• Experience in gender equality initiatives and related frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the strategic country programme planning and development.
• Lead the design and implementation of strategic direction for the country.
• Provide substantive advice to senior management on regional strategy.
• Oversee the preparation of UN Women mandated country reports.
• Ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment.
