At DoorDash, people are our most important asset. The People Technology Team helps deliver and facilitate strategic technology projects within the People Team. This role will support our People Technology function as we continue to optimize and grow our organization. We are seeking business system analysts to help scale DoorDash’s growth and shape a best-in-class People Technology team.

DoorDash HR is looking for a Business System Analyst with HRIS experience to assist with strategic initiatives. Experience with Workday HCM and/or Time Tracking is preferred. You will collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals through system configuration, testing, and documentation. Your role involves delivering solutions to support business strategy, and assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of people technology systems.

• Contribute to the configuration, testing, support, and success of People Technology at DoorDash/Wolt as we expand into new markets and verticals
• Identify issues or business problems and develop solutions
• Gather requirements, prioritize, and implement best practices for system solutions
• Support troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of applications
• Provide global support including break/fix analysis, reporting, and business process administration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal configuration solutions
• Document system requirements and configurations to ensure operational excellence
• Maintain data integrity and identify opportunities for improvement
• Train end-users and peers on new processes and functionalities

• You have 1+ years of experience with Workday maintenance and configuration, domestically and internationally
• You are passionate about system optimization and employee experience
• You possess strong business acumen and problem-solving skills using first principles
• You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into configuration solutions
• You are a quick learner, motivated to develop your analytical skills
• You focus on results and measurable impact
• You take ownership and seek continuous improvement
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple deadlines
• You hold a BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• You have an analytical mindset and a 'People First' approach, capable of solving complex problems with data
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
