A technology consulting firm located in Monterrey is looking for a passionate Workday HCM Consultant I. The position involves working directly with clients to design and implement high-quality Workday solutions that enhance business value. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and some HR or consulting experience. Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of HR or HRIS/systems experience preferred.
  • 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Work directly with clients to implement Workday solutions.
  • Define and build HR processes aligned with client objectives.
  • Solve Workday issues directly with clients.
  • Participate in internal training and share skills.
  • Attend Workday HCM training to become certified.
  • Occasional travel per client request.

Educación

Mandatory In Office Training Dates (Daily): March 16th - April 17th 2026 (Monday - Friday)

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office after training

Skills and Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)

  • Fluent in English (Required)

  • 1+ years of HR experience or HRIS/systems experience (Preferred)

  • 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (Preferred)

  • Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (Preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs

  • Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software

  • Work directly with clients, solving Workday issues as they arise

  • Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified

  • Occasional travel per client request

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
