Python Engineer Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Engineer Manager to lead our Scraper Team.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the development of a new product, collaborating closely with Product Management, Architects, and the CTO.

You will be responsible for building and growing a high-performing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product Management to define the product roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.
• Work closely with Architects and team leads to define the product’s architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Manage the project lifecycle, including driving scrum meetings and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Actively participate in the development and testing of key product features, maintaining a hands‑on approach.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
• 5+ years of experience with Python, with strong expertise in web scraping.
• Proven experience in team building, coaching, and collaboration.
• A business‑oriented mindset with the ability to align technical efforts with company goals and provide visibility into business metrics.
• Ability to design end‑to‑end modular solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
• Expertise in event‑driven architecture within AWS (SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambdas).
