A leading automotive manufacturer in Ciudad de México is seeking a Volume & Planning Trainee to manage sales and reporting for BMW and MINI brands. Responsibilities include planning dealer quotas, coordinating production supply, monitoring vehicle stock levels, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Formación

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage monthly sales volumes and dealer quotas for BMW and MINI.
• Coordinate production supply to ensure achievement of volume targets for both brands.
• Oversee ordering processes in collaboration with internal departments and dealer organizations.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly volume reports.
• Monitor vehicle stock levels continuously, optimizing stock performance.

Volume & Planning Trainee

As a Volume & Planning Trainee you will be responsible for sales management, and reporting for the BMW and MINI brands. Key duties include dealer quota planning, production supply coordination, order process management, and continuous monitoring of vehicle stock levels. The position also involves annual budget planning, internal and external reporting, and ensuring compliance with retail sales definitions and internal controls.

• Monitor vehicle stock levels continuously, optimizing stock performance considering model mix, product launches, and production capacity.
• Ensure compliance with retail sales definitions and implement internal control systems (ICS-R) in coordination with management and NSC.

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Finance / Marketing / Operations / Economics / Engineering / Computer Science / Accounting.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
