Responsibilities

We're currently looking for an Account Manager, whose mission is to serve as the link between TELUS Health and B2B clients, with the goal of building loyalty and acting as a wellness services expert, identifying needs to provide comprehensive support.

Proactively sell and increase the value of your portfolio: identify and generate opportunities to expand to other countries or business units, and offer additional services based on client needs (cross‑selling).

Coordinate with other departments to ensure service expectations and response levels are met.

Manage launches / relaunches of the EAP service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial or Commercial Engineering, Accounting, or similar fields (required).
