A reputable service company in Mexico City is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage administrative support tasks. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable with client communication in English. Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting the Business Manager. Experience in the home services industry is a plus. This position values long-term commitment. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with hours aligned to EST.

Formación

  • Experience in home services industry preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Latin America.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm EST

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming client calls professionally
  • Schedule and book service calls and internal meetings
  • Create, review, and send invoices and estimates
  • Manage and organize the company calendar and inbox
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, estimates, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
  • Support the Business Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Based in Latin America (required)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable handling client-facing communication via phone and email
  • Strong administrative and time-management skills
  • Understands and values a long-term role, not a stepping stone
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Experience in the home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, construction, etc.) is a strong plus
Language & Cultural Fit
  • English proficiency required (spoken and written)
  • Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Cultural alignment with a Spanish business owner is preferred
