A leading global bank is seeking a Vice President for the Sales Team in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua. In this role, you will manage client relationships, develop strategies to enhance revenue growth, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, proven ability to implement commercial strategies, and a track record of managing sales teams. The role of Vice President Sales Team correspond to a GCB4. This FTE directly managed 4 FTEs (GCB 5). This position is responsible +800 MG with +1000 legal entities; also includes the management of commercial activity of the team and guarantee the fulfillment of HSBC strategy aligned with Global Standards. The position requires the seniority to negotiate with customers (CFO, CEO, Treasurers) and intern colleagues such as LoB, Product and Digital areas and other Stakeholders.
