A leading hospitality provider is seeking a Venue Manager for Palco and Platea hospitality in Morelia, Mexico. This role involves managing hospitality services for major events, coordinating with vendors, and leading a team to ensure the best guest experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in event management, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and possesses excellent organizational skills. In addition to being the Official Hospitality Provider for the FIFA World Cup, On Location partners with the Mexico City Stadium to provide hospitality services to Palco and Platea ticket holders.
We are seeking an in‑market Venue Manager who will act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for Palco and Platea hospitality. The role will be responsible for leading the delivery of services including the following:
