Responsibilities

Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience through intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.

Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

Ensure UI / UX designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistently represent the brand across all platforms.

Utilize tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision to create and prototype designs.

Stay abreast of the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve design strategies and deliver cutting‑edge user experiences.

Conduct usability testing and adjust designs based on user interaction feedback, ensuring a seamless and user‑friendly interface.

Work on a variety of projects, managing deadlines effectively and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive‑level stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and concepts.

Requirements

A minimum of three years of professional experience in UI / UX design, demonstrating a track record of successful projects and user‑centric solutions.

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your skills in UI / UX design, including a variety of web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in UI / UX design tools, with a strong emphasis on Figma.

Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, interactive design, and the ability to translate user needs and technical capabilities into visually appealing designs.

Knowledge of wireframing tools, user research methodologies, and usability testing.

Fully fluent in English.

Ability to commit long‑term and full‑time.

Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
