General purpose of this position
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible of identifying and developing strategies to improve processes and constantly reassess procedures to add value to the customer service operation and make it more efficient and profitable.
With your ability and knowledge in customer experience you can create stronger relationships and loyalty with our clients which translates into big amounts of money for everybody in our team.
Also having the capacity in time management efficiency
is extremely valuable for execution and implementation of new proposals and assignments once they are approved by upper management.
Similarly, your ability to think critically and to create strategic plans will help you solve problems and provide solutions to minimize overall bad experience and maintain company standards.
You will help with Training on a regular basis and do constant roleplays with team members to strengthen your relationship with them and improve the experience we give to our customers; this is essential to grow
and operate under the same procedures and work philosophy.
Enhancing and measuring the department growth is vital to reach our monthly objectives and goals to generate more revenue for the whole team.
