A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking a training specialist to implement process changes and ensure effective training across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3 years of training experience, and be fluent in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of change management are also required. This role involves direct interaction with production staff to facilitate smooth transitions in processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree on Manufacturing, Industrial engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in training.
• Experience in Change Management and TWI methodologies.
• Knowledge in document control.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades
