What You’ll Do

Ensuring a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered. Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate, register, and document training activities within the company. Responsible for imparting training necessary to maintain optimal competence levels of production employees. Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and support to trainers and trainees. Follow up on certifications and recertification processes. Handle tasks related to the improvement and implementation of training development goals for production personnel.

• Develop skills of Production Operators, guiding them to fulfill their roles and goals.
• Manage reports, system updates, training assessments, and documentation.
• Update Learning & Development systems (L2L).
• Facilitate training sessions.
• Oversee certification processes, including Kappa Certification and detection.
• Register and maintain training documents.
• Track all training activities in the database and ensure completion.
• Follow up on the Training Matrix.

What Is Required

1 year of experience as a Training or AMT Leader.
3 years of experience with ILUO system or similar Industrial Engineering systems.
