At New Beginning Content Network AGENCY LIVE , were searching for a strategic, analytical, and people-driven leader who can turn creativity into measurable growth.

As our SV PM Content Strategy & Growth , youll merge analytical insight, leadership, and storytelling to guide short-form content projects from concept to viral success.

What Youll Do

• Lead and inspire creative teams of editors, strategists, and content creators, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies that connect creativity with measurable growth.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, CTR, engagement) and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Supervise and guide people effectively , promoting accountability, communication, and motivation across teams.
• Oversee video editing, copywriting, and creative direction with a focus on strong hooks, audience retention, and SEO-driven storytelling.
• Identify trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities across digital platforms.
• Deliver analytical reports and presentations that drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in creative or content agencies , startups, or digital brands.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to connect metrics to creative outcomes.
• Demonstrated people management experience leading, training, or collaborating with creators and video editors.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok and short-video ecosystem : algorithms, audience behaviors, and content formats.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Excel, and Word (basic proficiency).
